Please note the following when ordering:

• You will be invoiced between 10:00 and 17:00 within 48 hours of your order being placed.
• Your proof of payment can be sent to [email protected]
• Once proof of payment has been received the product will be set aside for 3 working days.
• If the product is not collected within 3 working days it will be put back on the shelf, and may therefore be out of stock if you come pick up at a later stage.
• If you send someone to pick up on your behalf we must be notified via email with the name and surname of the third party.
• We do not take any responsibility for products collected by a third party once it has left the studio.
• Should you want products to be delivered, please note that a delivery fee will be charged depending on your location and will take up to 5 working days.
• Hours to collect products will be Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00 and Saturdays 8:00-13:00.
