🔹 Gently sweep outward while applying slight resistance.
🔹 Repeat 10 times to relax forehead tension.

🔹 Smile and place your fingers lightly on your cheeks.
🔹 Push your cheeks up towards your eyes while resisting with your fingers.
🔹 Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

🔹 Pucker your lips towards the ceiling and hold for 10 seconds.
